Additional Information

  • HB 2764 (2025) replaced the six-bracket schedule with a 0% / 2.5% / 3.5% / 4.5% schedule and cut the top rate from 4.75% to 4.5% beginning tax year 2026
  • Rates may be reduced by 0.25 percentage points across all brackets in future years when revenue triggers are certified by the State Board of Equalization (62 O.S. § 34.103)
  • Military retirement greater of $10,000 or 75% exempt
